After graduating college with retail floor crew experience I moved into retail management for Van's where I was responsible for the Target crews in Rockford, Janesville and Kenosha. My involvement grew to manage all retail operations including Menards, Cub Foods & Target stores in Kenosha Rockford, Janesville and Freeport.
